Through the Owner Portal you can:

• See maintenance expenses and vendor payments
• Access monthly owner statements
• Receive direct deposits through ACH processing
• Download income reports and financial statements

At the end of each year, you will also receive:

• Tax statements and 1099s
• An annual summary owner statement
